Questions, answered
Is the 14-day trial really free?
Yes. No card on file. You'll never be charged unless you explicitly choose a paid plan before or after the trial ends. We send a reminder email at 3 days and 1 day before expiry so it doesn't surprise you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes - from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep all paid features until then, after which you drop to the free tier with your full trade history preserved.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?
Every trade you've ever logged is preserved. The Free tier just hides trades older than 90 days from charts and analytics - your underlying data is untouched and reappears the moment you upgrade.
Does Edge calculate my actual broker fees?
Yes. Brokerage, STT, exchange charges, GST, SEBI charges, and stamp duty for Indian equity (delivery/intraday), F&O futures and options, currency, and commodity segments - using the actual rate tables from Zerodha, Dhan, Groww, Upstox, Fyers, Angel One, ICICI Direct, HDFC Securities, and others. Crypto fees cover ten Indian and global exchanges.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. Cancel the monthly subscription and start an annual one - your data and history carry over automatically. We're working on an in-app plan switch with prorated credit; until then, support@findmyedge.app can fast-track it.
How do refunds work?
Within 7 days of your first paid charge, full refund, no questions asked. After that, refunds are at our discretion for technical issues that prevent you from using Edge. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 7 days because the Founding 500 cap is irreversible.
What payment methods are supported?
UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and netbanking - all through Razorpay. Every charge generates a GST-compliant invoice sent to your registered email automatically.
Why is there a Founding 500 cap?
Lifetime access is permanent revenue we forgo in exchange for an early-believer base. Capping it at 500 keeps the long-term economics workable while giving the first traders who bet on us a price that never moves.
All prices exclusive of taxes. 18% GST is added at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle; cancel any time from Settings → Billing before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep paid features through the end of your current billing period.
