Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Find My Edge. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for each plan.
Auto-renewal
Edge Monthly and Edge Annual subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep paid features through that date.
Edge Monthly (₹499/month + GST)
- First payment: full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have logged five or fewer trades. Email support@findmyedge.app with your order ID.
- After 7 days or once usage exceeds five trades: no refund on the current cycle.
- Renewal payments: cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. No refund on renewal payments once charged.
Edge Annual (₹4,999/year + GST)
- First payment: full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email support@findmyedge.app with your order ID.
- Days 15–30: pro-rated refund (we keep two months of usage; you receive the remainder).
- After 30 days: no refund.
- Renewal payments: cancel before the renewal date. No refund on renewal payments once charged.
Founding 500 Lifetime (₹14,999 one-time + GST)
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email support@findmyedge.app with your order ID.
- After 7 days: no refund. Your lifetime access remains active.
14-day trial
The 14-day Edge trial does not charge a payment method, so no refund is required. At the end of the trial you are automatically downgraded to the free tier unless you subscribe.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry for up to 3 days. If still unsuccessful, your account is downgraded to the free tier. Your data is preserved; you can resubscribe at any time to restore Edge features.
How to request a refund
Email support@findmyedge.app with:
- your account email,
- the Razorpay order ID (from your receipt),
- a brief reason.
We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in 5–7 business days.
Disputes
If you disagree with our decision, you may raise the matter with Razorpay or your bank. We will cooperate fully with any chargeback process.
