Find My Edge is a digital software service (SaaS). There are no physical goods to ship. This policy explains how access is delivered.

Digital delivery

Access is delivered electronically and immediately. The moment your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, your account tier is activated automatically and the paid features unlock the next time you open the app — typically within a minute. No shipment, tracking number, or physical address is involved.

Free tier & trial

Creating an account gives you immediate access to the free tier and the 14-day Edge trial with no payment. Paid features activate the instant a subscription or lifetime purchase is confirmed.

Invoices

A GST-compliant invoice for each payment is emailed to your registered address automatically. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email us and we’ll resend it.

If access doesn’t activate

In the rare case your tier doesn’t update within a few minutes of a successful payment, email support@findmyedge.app with your Razorpay order ID and we’ll fix it. See our Contact page for all support channels.
